I've got tingly fingers and toes today. Residual side effect from the chemo when the fingers and toes get cold.

a friend whose chemo has left her no hair and this weird weather has got to have her miserable. She has not complained a peep but seeing her in her knit caps makes me get a lump in my throat.

I've had that in my fingers and balls of my feet for weeks now. It's really annoying, and also means I can barely feel anything in the tips of my fingers. Makes it really difficult to write, amongst other things, so I hope it goes away by the time I go back to work next month.

Doctor made it sound like it'll persist for a while ... for some, up to a year ... but that's not typical. He thought a month or two for me. Still too long.
I think some of the cards we sent out for Christmas showed what happened to my writing.

If you don't do it, someone here will have to give you a very good spanking and I don't think you want that.

Getting Mrs DB to write them wasn't a bad cheat.
