Mussels in a white wine garlic sauce, with fresh basil and Roma tomotoes, pieces of crusty french bread, and a glass of White Bordeaux...please
And to finish ~ a beefsteak tomato, fresh mozzerella, and basil leaf salad with a balsamic glaze.

Something a little lighter tonight, i think.....how about fresh shrimp marinated in a nice garlic marinade.....grilled.....over charcoal please....a nice salad with raspberry vinegrette......and a good cold beer in a frosted mug.....oh, and for dessert, that cute head waiter, again, please.....
