Update Jan 20th 2006
Ok guys n gals,
Here is the first update.
After much tearing up of houses both here and in the US we have finally got together all the paperwork that the lawyers need. They should have that information by now and will be sending them off the USCIS shortly.
More as and when it happens

Whew! After getting my taxes, back taxes, our co-sponsor's taxes, all necessary papers from my colleges, co-sponsor's job and bank papers, and signing forms, and getting copies of signed forms, I was FINALLY able to send off the last package to Mayhem's and my lawyers.
now the lawyers process it, recheck that all pertinent information is indeed there, and send off documents to my local USCIS office. approximate waiting time is 90-120 days for processing. right now (whew) the average wait for processing is 55 days.
Basically hoop number 0ne thousand four hundred twenty-seven has been lept through, we just now have another three thousand hoops to go!
Oh, yes I had to take the hard way, and boy i tell you, My hottie fiance' is sooooo worth it! (where's the damn cupid smilie when you need it!)

I’ll give the chin hair, but she didn’t mention the pint of blood or left arm.
*goes back to bed for another couple months*

LMAO^^^
well we all know that he ment 2006, and i know that although very excited when he wrote it, he was very very tired.
It was excellent when we got it, as we were both voice chatting and i was just about to leave and go take care of some mother type tasks when he said to wait. We checked our email at the same time and read the news at the same time. I think that we ended up deafening each other there for a moment as we hollered and cheered in jubilation!
I am grinning ear to ear.
now it is another game of "Hurry up and Wait" but this is a huge hoop that we have gone through now!
