just curious, has there ever been a formal attempt at a Pixies get together?

There has been at least 2 group get-togethers and many other more intimate meetings but I'm not sure that sex was the primary function of these encounters. For me it has been friendships.

This is true with another happening this year in Peoria in August and next year in Nashville if everything works out. And, you're right ... it is more about friendships and a chance to get to know folks that have become more like family in our lives.
