I think she means the opening page for the board, all the way down at the bottom... also on your cp page, you can select buddies to see who's online....

Well happybobo, I only just remembered how to find it, but the Who's Online page can be found by going to the Forum Jump drop down menu at the bottom of pages like this one and selecting Who's Online. It can also be obtained by clicking on Currently Active Users on the Main Page.
