Rico and his girlfriend had gone to see a movie one evening and int he time it had taken the movie to finish, it had grown dark outside. The cinemas were within walking distance from Jean's house so he had driven his car to her place and they had walked. Coming out of the cinema, they now crossed a series of streets and houses eventually coming to a small park with one light illuminating a set of play equipment in the middle, slightly obscured from view at the entrance by a copse of trees.

"We shouldn't have taken that shortcut" Jean sighed wearily, "This is what happens when I let YOU direct, how about we just retrace and go the long way around" dropping her voice and including a heavy amount of sarcasm she added "At least we know we'll get there". Rico smiled and shook his head,
"We aren't lost - look we can't be more than a block away now, and we were moving in the right direction - if we keep going we have to get there soon" and he strengthened his stride in a show of confidence, hoping it was well placed. Jean rolled her eyes but fell into stride alongside him and they began to cross the park.

Halfway across, they walked through the sand under the play equipment and Jean's shoe caught on the corner of a rocking horse, putting her off balance, she fell twisting her ankle on the way down. Rico who had gone ahead a step or two jerked around suddenly at her cry of pain and he rushed to her to see what was wrong, she tried to move but her ankle was too sore so she sat down on a platform nearby to rest. Rico offered to massage her ankle and so she leaned back against the inside wall of the play equipment and he rolled her jeans up so he could get at the injury. As he did so he couldn't help noticing her naked flesh, freshly shaven, the white skin of her legs shone with a soft glow in the halogen lamp of the park light.
