If you do a search for "watersports" JoyRide, I think you'll find a link to a couple good FAQ sites. We've discussed the subject from time to time.
I've found that when the passion and excitement is high enough for golden shower special events, it's more challenging to be able to perform than you may first think. At least for the guy that has a hard-on that a cat cant scratch.
