For me, I'd have to say my biggest pet peeve is poor spelling and grammar skills found on the net. I know I'm not the best when it comes to spelling and grammar, but I do try. I did pretty well in my English classes growing up.

And I actually enjoyed them!

It amazes me at how many people who visit literature sites (I'm not nitpicking at anyone here) do not know basic English skills. Sure, not everyone here is an "author", but I'm sure many of the bulletin board visitors are the site's authors as well. And, it's not like it's hard to run a post through a spell checker before hitting the "send" button.
