Well, it IS over..................for this year.
I won't make excuses. The Wings came up against a young, eager and extremely HOT goalie, in Giguere. It happens.
They didn't play like "THE WINGS", and The Ducks beat them fair and square.
But like Cabrylla said....unlike some of the teams that will be elminated along the way, we can say with a straight face, and mean it....

Now that my Wings are out of it, I'll be rooting for St. Louis. They have the goalie that Detroit
NEVER should have traded, in my opinion. They have OZZIE!! I hope Ozzie shows them all what he's made of and goes all the way to the Cup!!!
So as much as it kills me to say it,
