Can't speak for same sex or other sex, but I like the taste of myself.... sometimes. It's not an everyday thing -sometimes I'll cum and find the idea of tasting it gross. Other times, it's great! How I feel about it is unrelated to how it actually tastes - it doesn't really taste great or gross to me... it just 'is'!
