Bought some beautiful top round of beef, marinated it in a savory mix for 24 hours, cubed it for shish kabobs with the usual veggies (onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms...mix & match) then grilled on medium heat. Also split some peaches, rubbed with oil, and grilled for 5 minutes. Pair all of that with some ice cold beer, and we were all well-served.
