I just did my first night of kickboxing. Everything, every single square inch of me hurts. I signed up for 3 months. Turns out I'm a masochist. Who knew. *shrugs* :p

Good for you--I daresay you will love it. The mellowest and least stressed out I've ever been was when I was kickboxing regularly. Take it all out on the bag, and go home feeling like a Zen goddess.

My ass hurts in places I did not know existed. I am very uncoordianted and then when you add I was a cheerleader and took ballet for year as a kid, it made being relaxed and finding my groove difficult.
