Something New

Christmas 2009 will be in my memory for a long time.As this is the first white Christmas Okla. has had in my lifetime! :line: 14 inches of snow!Sure is pretty and I'm glad it came over a 4 day weekend.

now if the state can just find their snowplows :banghead: I'll be able to go to my daughters in the morning to see the grandson open presents :wish:

jay-t,

Yes. It is lovely. :) Merry Christmas!

It's raining in Tennessee. I miss my white Christmases.

Fangtasia 12-25-2009 12:49 AM

No white Xmas here that gawd!

Its humid and windy. We're sposed to get rain (one can hope)

Snow looks pretty though....any chance of pics of ya 14 inches ;) Would love to see

We had a little snow until two days before Christmas ... then it started raining. Now, we just have a wet Christmas with a "chance of snow showers" today (maybe 1"). :(

It's a white Christmas here! :)

We actually did end up with a white Christmas. Started snowing early today and we've had a couple of inches since then. A lot of wind, so it felt kind of cold when I poked my head out the front door earlier. Brrrrrrr.

After opening presents this morning we all went over to the school and went sleding. The school is under ground making some good hills a great time with the grandkids

Maybe if you had Xmas in the winter instead of the summer you could hope for snow.

Fangtasia 12-26-2009 01:48 AM

No thanks Boog...you can keep ya cold and snow *L*

Irezumi Kiss 12-26-2009 03:14 AM

Got a blizzard last week, got a late rain and sleet here now, melting what tried to ice over but still crappy weather overall. Glad I came home to drink instead of hanging out tonight. :)

I think we're going to go see Avatar today and Sherlock Holmes tomorrow ... or, the other way around. :)

Lord Snow 12-26-2009 08:10 PM

From what I've been told, Avatar is very pretty, but doesn't have much storyline. I would see Sherlock Holmes first.

FallenAngel5 12-26-2009 09:06 PM

I really liked both of them.

But if you don't have cold & snow, how can you ever hope to see polar bears?
