You don't get areola scars from a boob job, you get them from a reduction.

actually you can get them from a boob job too, because my best friend had an augmentation and had her areolas reduced in size resulting in signifigant scarring, so it is actually possible, since while doing the reduction of areola he put the implant into that incision.
