Donning wedding veils and little else, 31 couples said their "I do's" in the buff, participating in what's become an annual Valentine's Day rite in Jamaica. The mass nude wedding took place on Friday at the Hedonism III Resort in the northcoast town of Montego Bay, about 113 kilometres northwest of Jamaica's capital, Kingston.
"I am not a nervous person, but I could not sleep all night in anticipation of the wedding," said Jack Rooney, 59, one of the grooms. The slot machine technicial from Dallas wore only a top hat and bow tie.
Retired army pilot Bud Jackson and his wife Chris Jackson of San Antonio, Texas, were among the couples who got married two years ago when the hotel first staged the event, but felt the urge to do it again.
"We believed that if you renew your vows it just carries the honeymoon all through another year," he said.
