Background: Guess Girl obtained her powers while moonlighting in a perfume manufacturing company during her freshman year at univeristy. While returning some test products to the secured storage vault, used to safely store new untested still in production products, she tripped over a crack in the tile floor and slammed into one of the shelves. The force of the blow sent her sprawling to the floor and caused the shelves to crash down upon her, knocking her unconscious as well as causing the numerous vials to shatter, spilling their contents all over her and the floor. She later discovered that the spilled vials contained illegally obtained samples of Spanish Fly and a pheromone abstract that was to be used in a new perfume to attract the opposite sex. Waking in the hospital, Guess Girl quickly learned of her new powers, made apparant by the numerous advances by doctor's and nurses alike, and chose to use her newfound abilities for good. However, she found that her powers had a dark side which, once the sun went down, caused her to be in a permanent state of arousal and, if not taken care of, would cause her to spontaneously masturbate no matter where she was.

Determined that her son would not be a freak, Mrs. Plasticman dipped her infant son in the antidote to her husband's condition. Unfortunately, like Achilles, little Pecker didn't get entirely submersed. His mother held him by the penis when dipping him, and thus he retained the ability to extend his penis to any length.

In college, Bud Greenman realized he had a special ability: to get those around him really, really stoned. None of his friends could concentrate long enough to go to class and all summarily failed. Relationship after relationship ended because Bud kept getting his girlfriends too high to remember his phone number. Bud's own dog even ate an entire bag of dogfood, two pounds of ground beef, and several of Bud's shoes one night in a fit of the munchies.

Weakness:His liquid suit can have control of it's own, and if he is worked up while in the suit the fluids while seep into his skin, causing his hormon level to sky rocket and need release into another vessel

History:Spending much of his teen years as a line worker in the latex shop, he saw many new kinds of liquids first hand. The sponges, the water like ones, the special realistic scent kinds.

But in one instance there was a breakthrough, a type of latex that reacted to human contact by expanding, or vibrating in small doses.

When the first few prototypes went along the conveyor line, Spencer was one of the workers chosen to test it, to see if it could be molded without any reprecutions.

All was going well, it was heated, shaped, and cooled, but when it came time for it to be painted, somthing went wrong. The special latex mixed oddly with the chemicals in the paint, stretching rapidly it exploded in a mess of wet rubber and heat, coating.

But after the smoke cleared, nothing was seen but a slightly roughed up Spencer and some broken machinary.

Since Spencer seemed to be slighlty woozy, no one asked any questions, but rather quickly got him to the hospital where he spent a good two weeks in recovery. Of course he discovered his powers in the first day, but with quite a few suggestions from the many nurses that visited him, he was held for observation...at the very least.

When all was said and done, Spencer had realized the fluids had gotten into his blood stream, allowing him to create as much or as little of it as he wanted, not to mention a few other handy tricks.

With this knowledge he set out to protect the city as...*dum dum dum* SlickShifter!
